For conference participants the conference fee includes : delivery of the conference materials, copy of XRS special issue, free admission to welcome reception, conference excursion and banquet. For accompanying persons the attendance at welcome reception, conference excursion and banquet as well as the accompanying persons program are included in the fee.

Conference grants will be available for a limited number of participants. They are primarily intended for junior researchers, graduate students, post-docs, and attendees from developing countries.

Cancellation: Those unable to attend the conference after submitting the Registration form are welcome  to nominate a substitute. In the case of cancellation, delegates must inform the conference secretary about their inability to attend. A refund of registration fees, less a cancellation fee of 100 EUR will be made for cases notified before May 16, 2004.
